(Infocast News) GUANGDONG INV (00270) announced that GDH, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guangdong Holdings Limited (being the ultimate controlling shareholder of the Company, “Guangdong Holdings”), had increased its shareholdings in the Company through acquisition in the open market to 3,733,639,546 ordinary shares.
