STEP 1

Go to  https://www.hsbc.com.hk/

STEP 2

Log on to Personal Internet Banking

STEP 3

Choose "My banking"
Select "Pay or transfer"

STEP 4

Choose "New payee" (If "KGI" already added, choose "My payees")
Choose "Account transfer"
Choose "Pay to FPS Identifier", fill in KGI's FPS ID: "2368363"
Input "KGI" as the Payee nickname (P.S.：Suggest to select "Add to My payees" to facilitate next transfer)
Input your KGI 11-digit account number (e.g. 13399999965) into Bill Reference for faster processing

STEP 5

Enter the "transaction code" for 2FA Verification

Mobile App

STEP 1

Log on to online banking via Mobile App

STEP 2

Choose "Transfers"

STEP 3

Click "To"
Select "New Payee"

STEP 4

Fill in KGI's FPS ID: "2368363"
Select "Add to 'My payees'"
Input "KGI" as the Payee Name

STEP 5

Input your KGI Asia 11-digit account number (e.g. 13399999965) into Bill Reference for faster processing
