Market News LEGENDARY EDU to convene extraordinary general meeting

(Infocast News) LEGENDARY EDU (08195) clarified that the Company will convene an extraordinary general meeting for the purposes of approving the Subscription Agreements and the transactions contemplated thereunder (including the issue of the Convertible Bonds and the Conversion Shares). The Conversion Shares will be allotted and issued under a specific mandate subject to the approval by the Shareholders at the EGM. The completion of each of the Subscription Agreements is therefore subject to, among other things, the passing of necessary resolution(s) by the Shareholders at the EGM to approve the Subscription Agreements and the transactions contemplated thereunder (including the grant of the specific mandate for the allotment and issuance of the Conversion Shares). Trading of LEGENDARY EDU has been resumed.(WL)
