HSI ends up 372 pts at 17,201; TEH up 124 pts at 3,573
[ET Net News Agency, 24 April 2024] The Hang Seng Index closed up 372 points, or 2.2%
at 17,201; with market turnover of 129.58b; the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index closed
up 145 points, or 2.4% at 6,100; the Hang Seng TECH Index closed up 124 points, or 3.6% at
3,573.
TENCENT(00700), MEITUAN-W(03690) and BABA-SW(09988) saw largest turnover among HSI
constituents; TENCENT closed up HK$11.8, or 3.5% to HK$344.2, with turnover of HK$14.13b;
MEITUAN-W closed up HK$5, or 4.6% to HK$113.6, with turnover of HK$8.37b; BABA-SW closed
up HK$2.7, or 3.9% to HK$72.5, with turnover of HK$4.66b. TENCENT, MEITUAN-W and BABA-SW
saw largest turnover among CEI constituents. TENCENT, MEITUAN-W and BABA-SW saw largest
