Market News DONGFENG (00489) controlling shareholder adds 4.8M H shares

(Infocast News) DONGFENG GROUP (00489) announced that Dongfeng Motor Corporation, the controlling shareholder of the Company acquired 4,806,000 H shares of the Company at a n average price of approximately HK$ 2.92 per share through the Hong Kong S tock Connect Channel. Immediately following the Increase in Shareholding, DFM’s direct and indirect shareholding in th e Company increased to 6,093,058,000 shares, representing approximately 73.58% of the total number of issued shares. Among them, DFM held 5,760,388,000 domestic shares of the Company, representing approximately 69.56 % of the total number of issued shares of the Company, and 332,670,000 H shares of the Company, representing 4.02 % of the total number of issued shares of the Company.
