Responsibilities
  • Understand business requirements and prepare user requirements including functions and features required across digital internal and external platforms to address business needs
  • Coordinate and initiate digital projects with IT and back office department ensuring development & implementation alignment across business units
  • Perform Users Acceptance Test (UAT) on the online securities, futures and options trading platform
  • Co-ordinate UAT life-cycle with tester and IT Preparation of test plan and test cases
  • Responsible for training of our trading system and the development of User manual
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as required
  • Manage daily operations related to trading system
  • In charge of Web Content Review and Updates
  • Perform system support & handle users’ enquiries on the electronic trading platforms
 
Requirements
  • Degree holder in Finance, Business or related discipline 
  • At least 3 years of working experience in securities and financial industry is preferable
  • Experience with wealth management products would be advantage
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good problem-solving skills, self-motivated, able to work independently
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A good team player who is proactive and with a strong sense of responsibility

  • Acquire new business and opportunities for the development of International Wealth Management (“IWM”) business in the region
  • Promote tailor-made financial solutions to clients, with wide range of financial tools including equities, futures, bonds, funds as well as insurance products

Requirements
  • Extensive client base

  • Lead and support Client Advisors in building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving superior client service and engagement

Responsibilities

This strategic leadership role is responsible for driving KGI Asia’s growth in the Web3 and crypto space through business partnerships, industry research, and ecosystem development. The candidate will work closely with the Chief Digital Officer and cross-functional teams to ideate, evaluate, and execute innovative initiatives that position KGI Asia at the forefront of digital finance.

  • Identify and cultivate relationships across the broader Web3, fintech, and digital finance ecosystem, including platforms, technology providers, institutions, and innovators
  • Engage with KGI affiliates and external entities such as financial institutions, banks, insurers, and asset managers to explore synergies and co-development opportunities
  • Conduct ongoing research into Web3, fintech, and crypto trends, including regulatory developments, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
  • Translate insights into actionable strategies and business opportunities for KGI Asia
  • Build and maintain a dynamic pipeline of business opportunities, including new product ideas, strategic collaborations, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify areas for innovation and differentiation
  • Work closely with the Chief Digital Officer, product teams, strategy, compliance, and senior management to co-create new business models and product concepts
  • Facilitate ideation workshops and strategic discussions to align internal capabilities with market needs

Requirements

  • Industry expertise with deep understanding of the crypto, Web3, and fintech ecosystems, including exchanges, tokenization, DeFi, stablecoins, RWA, and digital asset infrastructure
  • Ability to translate market trends and research into actionable business strategies and innovative product ideas
  • Proven experience in building and managing strategic relationships across diverse stakeholders
