Responsibilities
We are a fundamentally driven, extensive research and bottom up approach Long Short Equity Hedge fund. We are looking for an Equity Analyst that will focus on the TMT (Software, Semiconductors, internet etc) OR Consumer Discretionary (Retail, Housing, e-commerce, consumer technology etc.) sector. The Analyst will also be an integral part of the investment team participating in idea generation, company, and industry analysis.
- Monitor and analyze companies within the TMT/ Consumer sector
- Evaluate the sectors on a global scale, with a particular emphasis on the United States and Great China for domestic investment strategies
- Conduct in-depth analysis of individual company fundamentals to assess growth potential, financial health, and investment viability with a recommendation to PM
- Apply a long-term investment approach with a goal of generating alpha and maximizing returns for clients
- Develop and maintain / update detailed financial models and comprehensive investment thesis to support investment recommendations
- Monitor and analyze macroeconomic trends, geopolitical events, and other factors that may impact the performance of equities
- Prepare and present investment reports and recommendations to the portfolio manager
- Stay up-to-date with market developments, industry news, and emerging trends in the global equity markets
- Communicate complex investment ideas, insights, and strategies clearly and effectively to the investment team and clients
Requirements
- Excellent Graduate/ Undergraduate credentials from the Top Universities, CFA certification is plus
- Minimum of 4+ years of work experience in top tier investment banking, private equity, buyside or sell-side equity research. A private Equity background is a plus Experienced in L/S hedge fund is desirable
- Experience in following TMT and Consumer sector or a generalist with strong analytical skills
- Superior Financial modeling and valuation skills
- Pay attention to details and accuracy
- Strong analytical skills including exposure to quantitative factors and programming is a plus
- Self-motivated and self-starter, ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Middle Office Manager, Fixed Income (Ref: 01027-FIMO-KGI)

Responsibilities
- Provide support, control, and oversight on the end to end trading lifecycle, including trade booking, monitoring, validation, workflow control, breaks investigations, settlements, etc, for the FICC trading business
- Support KYC process when needed
- Take on new initiatives including system enhancement, user acceptance test, etc.
- Produce regular management reporting

Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above
- At least 5 years of experience in middle office or global market operations functions
- Strong knowledge on FICC products - including fixed income, credit derivatives, FX, interest rate derivatives, OTC derivatives, etc.
- Good understanding on the end-to-end trading lifecycle
- Excellent PC skills with good understanding of MS Office (Word & Excel)

Responsibilities
- Support team and work closely with back office on the trade execution, to resolve settlement issue and ensure accuracy of all trades related matters for wide range of listed products in global markets, including but not limited to equity and derivatives.
- Assist with client enquiries from account opening KYC to account maintenance including margin calls settlement, corporate actions, account information update and deposit/withdrawal etc.
- Handle regular reporting, Audit and Compliance/AML checks, accounts risk review, limits review to meet regulatory/internal rules and requirements.
- Assist with system enhancement, user acceptance testing etc.
- Support team in system procurement process, submitting billing and help with team’s projects from time to time.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business, Finance or related field

Requirements
