Associate, Finance (Management Report) (Ref: 09831-FINMRA-KGI)

Responsibilities
- Report to Team Head of Management Reporting Team
- Prepare timely and accurate management information including daily/weekly/monthly management reporting
- Support the team in performing management accounting reporting, analysis, planning, budgeting and forecasting
- Preparing annual financial budget, routine forecast and comparative analysis
- Conduct performance analysis and other routine reports
- Perform ad hoc enquiries and requests as assigned by the management
Requirements
- Degree holder in Accounting and Finance
- Minimum 4 years of financial analysis or management reporting experiences in financial brokerage is preferred
- Attention to details, highly numerical and high accuracy
- A good team player who is proactive and with a strong sense of responsibility
- Work independently and under pressure
- Good in written communication, excellent analytical & presentation skill
- Proficiency in MS Office including Excel
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

IT Auditor, Internal Audit (Ref: 09862-IAITA-KGI)

Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate IT-related risks and to formulate IT-related audit plan
- Analyze various aspects of company’s information systems
- Conduct audits and write audit reports
- Communicate and coordinate audit matters with internal departments and external agencies
- Follow up on internal audit recommendations to ensure implementation
- Provide consultation on IT-related projects, regulations and internal controls
- Support regional audit in relation to IT-related audits both in Hong Kong and overseas offices (Singapore and Indonesia)
- Self-educating capacity to stay abreast of all IT-related discoveries and conventions
Requirements
- Degree holder in IT, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or other related domains, preferably qualified with CISA, ISO27001, Lead Auditor, BS10012 and CIA
- Minimum 4 years of internal auditing experience in the financial industry, including at least 2 years of experience in IT auditing or more than 3 years of experience in IT auditing in an accounting firm
- Have strong knowledge of accounting and finance
- Comprehensive understanding of IT infrastructure and management, audit functions and security controls, risk management, network security, information security policies and procedures, technical knowledge with Microsoft 365 administration, network administration, Cloud computing, active directory, firewall implementation and monitoring, SIEM, remote access
- Proficiency in written and verbal technical and non-technical communication
- Proficiency in computer skills (MS word, Excel)
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese

Business Analyst, International Wealth Management – System Service Team (Ref: 02024-IWMSABA-KGI)

Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements and prepare user requirements including functions and features required across digital internal and external platforms to address business needs
- Coordinate and initiate digital projects with IT and back office department ensuring development & implementation alignment across business units
- Perform Users Acceptance Test (UAT) on the online securities, futures and options trading platform
- Co-ordinate UAT life-cycle with tester and IT
- Preparation of test plan and test cases
- Responsible for training of our trading system and the development of User manual
- Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as required
- Manage daily operations related to trading system
- In charge of Web Content Review and Updates
- Perform system support & handle users’ enquiries on the electronic trading platforms
Requirements
- Degree holder in finance or business stream
- At least 3 years of working experience in securities and financial industry is preferable
- Experience with wealth management products would be advantage
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good problem-solving skills, self-motivated, able to work independently
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- A good team player who is proactive and with a strong sense of responsibility
- Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Azure
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

- Acquire new business and opportunities for the development of International Wealth Management (“IWM”) business in the region
- Promote tailor-made financial solutions to clients, with wide range of financial tools including equities, futures, bonds, funds as well as insurance products
- Expand clientele and maintain good relationship to meet sales target
- Regularly review client’s needs and investment portfolio
Requirements
- Extensive client base
- Holder of SFC RA1, RA4 license. A technical representative under Insurance Authority is a plus
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in securities brokerage house or insurance/insurance broker company
- Sales-oriented with good client network
- Good knowledge of financial products and markets
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
