The Form W-8BEN can be submitted electronically via WebTrade & KGI Power Trader

With effect from 08 Aug 2025, eligible non-US individual clients can now submit or update their Form W-8BEN electronically via our online platforms. 

Upon logging in, the system will pre-fill your Form W-8BEN based on your existing information. Please review all fields carefully for accuracy. If all information is correct, clients can submit the form with an electronic signature by following steps below:

WebTrade : Select Personal Profile > Forms > W-8 Form > Confirm

KGI Power Trader : Select Account > Forms > W-8 Form > Confirm

Note: Client can still submit Form W-8BEN via paper.
