The addition of Michelle is a key step in the "ONE KGI" strategy to operate as a unified, full-service financial institution. By deepening its investment management capabilities, KGI completes its service ecosystem, spanning Wealth Management, Global Markets and Global Sales & Prime Services, ensuring a versatile range of offerings for its regional client base.
Based in Hong Kong, Michelle will report to Reddy Wong, Asia Chief Executive Officer of KGI. She will spearhead the growth of the asset management business, with a focus on delivering performance-oriented, client-aligned strategies across public and private markets. Her remit also includes overseeing business development and the promotion of KGI’s diversified capabilities to institutional and private wealth segments. In parallel, she will adopt a flexible, partnership-led approach to platform expansion, engaging with external managers and opportunities that complement and extend KGI’s investment capabilities.

Michelle brings more than 25 years of experience in the industry. Most recently, she served as Head of Alternative Investment Solutions APAC at UBS Global Wealth Management, where she developed and managed alternative fund offerings from hedge funds to private market funds for private wealth clients. Prior to UBS, she held senior roles at State Street Global Advisors and GE Asset Management, where her last position was Head of Asia Private Equity. Earlier in her career, she was a senior investment director at ADM Capital, where she led direct investments across the region.
