The US military action against Venezuela caused international oil prices to fluctuate during the Asian session, resulting in a tug-of-war between bulls and bears in Hong Kong market. The HSI opened 22 points higher and fluctuated throughout the day, closing up 8 points or 0.03% at 26,347; the HSCEI fell 20 points or 0.2% to close at 9,148; and the HSTECH rose 5 points or 0.1% to close at 5,741. The total turnover of the market was HK$283.5bn. BlueFocus (300058.SZ), a partner of Keling AI, recently submitted its listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange again, causing Kuaishou (1024) to surge 11.1%. Oil stocks CNOOC (0883) and PetroChina (0857) fell 3.3% and 3.5% respectively.
