The Hang Seng Index closed at 24,203 points, up 63 points or 0.26% for the full day; the Hang Seng Tech Index closed at 5,283 points, up 35 points or 0.67%; the China Enterprises Index closed at 8,732 points, up 45 points or 0.52%. The total market turnover reached HKD 210.3 billion. The three stocks with the most notable gains were China Shenhua (1088), up 5.2%, benefiting from expectations of improved coal prices in summer; NIO Inc. (9866), up 10.6%; and 3SBio Inc. (1530), up 12.1%, hitting a historical high. The largest decliner was Baidu (9888), down 2.7%.
