China and the U.S. reached a preliminary agreement on implementing the consensus of the Geneva economic and trade talks, and the Hong Kong stock market performed well. The HSI opened 28 points higher and then expanded its gains. The index rose 229 points or nearly 1% at mid-day to 24,392; the HSCEI rose 93 points or 1.1% to 8,861; the HSTECH rose 63 points or 1.2% to 5,455. The total market turnover was HK$132.13bn. Auto stocks have successively announced the "60-day account period", and auto stocks generally rose. BYD (1211) rose 3.2%. Meituan-W (3690) released its first AI programming tool NoCode, and the stock rose 0.6%.
