Hong Kong stock market rose before falling today. The HSI opened 164 points higher and then rose to 293 points, but fell sharply in the afternoon, falling 101 points, or 0.4%, to 25,395. The HSCEI fell 47 points, or 0.5%, to 9,060, and the HSTECH fell 31 points, or 0.5%, to 5,697. Market turnover totaled HK$152.02bn at mid-day. Key technology stocks continued to adjust, with Alibaba (9988), Tencent (0700), and Meituan (3690) falling between 0.4% and 0.2%. Unitree Robotics announced it would submit its IPO application this year, leading Shoucheng Holdings (0697) to rise 4.6%. The company's fund has invested in nitree Robotics.
