Hong Kong stock market rose today. The HSI opened 22 points higher and then extended its gains, closing up 215 points, or 0.8%, at 25,633. The HSCEI rose 64 points, or 0.7%, to 9,121. The HSTECH rose 66 points, or 1.2%, to 5,753. Total market turnover reached HK$286.0bn. Three new constituents were added to the Hang Seng Index: Pop Mart (9992) fell 7.1%, China Telecom (0728) rose 0.7%, and JD Logistics (2618) rose 3.4%. Mainland China LiDAR giant Hesai Technology launched its IPO, sending Horizon Robotics (9660), a key driverless car company, soaring 7%.
