Hong Kong stocks clearly rebounded today, driven by overseas markets. The Hang Seng Index closed at 24,590 points, up 1.6%; the Hang Seng Tech Index closed at 5,431 points, up 2.8%; and the China Enterprises Index closed at 8,877 points, up 1.7%. The total turnover on the main board for the day was HK$288.4 billion. The US granted another approval for H2O exports to China, boosting Alibaba (9988) up 7.0% and GDS Holdings (9698) up 12.2%. Kuaishou (1024) also rose 4.5%, with UBS saying the market has yet to fully reflect the potential for accelerated advertising recovery.
