The Hong Kong stock market opened slightly lower on the last trading day of November. The Hang Seng Index opened 21 points lower at 19,346 points and closed at 19,423 points, up 56 points or 0.3%. The Hang Seng Tech Index reported 4,353 points, up 46 points or 1.1%. The China Enterprises Index rose 22 points or 0.3% to 6,947 points. The total market turnover for the day was HKD 133.5 billion. Shenzhen resumed the multiple-entry visa policy for Hong Kong, leading to a 11.9% rise in Sa Sa International (178) stock price. Additionally, Miniso (9896) rose by 8.4%. Chinese chip stocks also performed well, with SMIC (981) and Hua Hong Semiconductor (1347) rising by 3.4% and 2.5% respectively.
