Hong Kong stock market rose initially but then fell back. The HSI opened 171 points higher but then turned lower, closing down 71 points or 0.3% at 26,851; the HSCEI fell 37 points or 0.4% to 9,229; and the HSTECH fell 12 points or 0.2% to 5,815. Total turnover was HK$140.8bn. Kuaishou (1024) issued US$1.5bn and RMB3.5bn in senior notes, causing its share price to fall 0.2%. The Cyberspace Administration of China accused platforms such as Autohome (2518) of conducting irregular evaluations and disrupting the market order of the automotive industry; Autohome shares fell 4.2% today.
