Chinese President Xi Jinping and U.S. President Donald Trump had a phone call on Thursday night. Both sides agreed that their teams would continue to implement the Geneva agreement. The Hang Seng Index opened 34 points higher but then reversed course, ending the day down 114 points or 0.48%, at 23,792 points. The China Enterprises Index fell 55 points or 0.6%, to 8,629 points. The Hang Seng Tech Index dropped 33 points or 0.6%, to 5,286 points. Total market turnover for the day was HKD 235.6 billion. Kuaishou's (1024) its AI Kling maintained monthly payments exceeding RMB 100 million for two consecutive months, pushing its stock price up by 8.4%.
