The Company proposes to raise approximately HK$2.5bn through a private placement to expand its AI infrastructure and for the R&D and commercialization of generative AI. The company's business focus has shifted to generative AI, with revenue from this segment more than doubling year-on-year in 2024, increasing its share of total revenue to 64%. Its "SenseCore" AI infrastructure, with a total computing power of 23,000 petaFLOPS, and its "SenseNova" large model provide key support for this transformation. Meanwhile, the company continues to deepen its industrial applications in vertical sectors such as smart cockpits.
US & EU reached an agreement
Following the tariff agreements reached with Japan and other regions, US President Trump announced on Sunday that the United States and the European Union have reached an agreement to reduce tariffs on European goods imported to the US to 15%. Previously, Trump had threatened to impose 30% tariffs on most imported goods from this largest US trading partner, but Trump stated on Monday that global tariff rates would be between 15% and 20%. This week, the market will focus on earnings reports from several tech giants, the Federal Reserve’s interest rate meeting, July non-farm payroll data, and key inflation data that will be released intensively.
On Monday, the Southbound Stock Connect recorded a net inflow of HKD 9.2 billion. Among the stocks, China Life Insurance (2628) saw the largest net inflow, amounting to HKD 1.15 billion, followed by China Construction Bank (939). On the other hand, Meituan (3690) experienced the largest net outflow of HKD 360 million, followed by Kuaishou (1024).
