It is closed at HK$27.1 on Phillip's grey market, 12.9% higher than the grey market's IPO
price of HK$24. Based on 100 shares per lot, excluding handling fees, the book value gain
per lot is HK$310. It is currently at HK$26.85 on Bright Smart's grey market, 11.9% higher
than the grey market's IPO price. The book value gain per lot is HK$285.
