HSBC Bill Payment Services
With an account at KGI and your Trading Account number with HSBC, you will be able to transfer funds:
- By using the Pay bills feature offered through Internet Banking on
www.hsbc.com.hk
- By any one HSBC or Hang Seng Bank ATM
- By Phone Banking
Online Bank Bill Payment Services (exclude HSBC, Hang Seng and CMB Wing Lung
Bank)
If you have and maintain a bank account or credit card account with the
banks listed below, you can use the Online Bank Bill Payment services provided
by these banks (subject to the arrangement of individual bank) to make HKD payment
deposited into your KGI Trading Account:

Other Deposit Methods
You can deposit into any of KGI designated bank accounts at a Bank branch or an ATM or by the Bank's Internet or phone banking services, wherever applicable. Please send the proof of deposit by one of the following methods; the amount will be credited to your KGI Trading account after your deposit is confirmed by the Bank:

Upload the proof of deposit (e.g. pay-in slip, ATM advice, Internet banking confirmation and forms) via "KGI eDeposit" by a smartphone or tablet before 17:00 (HKT)* on your deposit day. "KGI eDeposit" is a web-based tool for clients to provide the proof of deposit in a fast and simple way. For details, please refer to "KGI eDeposit user guide".
Client MUST sign on the proof of deposit. The signature should be identical to the specimen signature kept in our company.
- Fax or Email
Fax the proof of deposit (e.g. pay-in slip, ATM advice, Internet banking confirmation and forms) to our Operations Department at (852) 2878-4932 or e-mail them to ops.service@kgi.com before 17:00 (HKT)* on your deposit day. Please state clearly your KGI Trading account name and account number.
Please use the registered email address if you choose to send the proof of deposit by email.
- KGI WebTrade
If you make deposit using Internet or phone banking, please complete and submit an online Fund Deposit notification form found under "WebTrade"

"Fund Deposit"; or notify us via our 24-hour InvestLine at (852) 2878-5555. Please quote your bank transaction reference number where is appropriate.
To avoid delay, if you have already submitted the proof of deposit using either method (1) or (2), it is not necessary to submit the on-line form
Note:
- Funds deposited after 18:00 (HKT) Friday each week will only be credited to your KGI Trading Account on the next business day after 09:00 (HKT)*, which is subject to the bank confirmation.
- Please do not submit proof of deposit (i.e. pay-in slip, ATM advice, etc.) through any Investment Representatives or Customer Service Officers.
